The International Standards for Phytosanitary Measures #15 is an effort to reduce the risk of dissemination of pleagues that could affect the environment in importations and exportations. When sending goods from a country to other, exporters are responsible for the necessary phytosanitary treatment and for the use good conditions of their packages.
